Kitchen Steward

Key Responsibilities:

•  Set up and arrange dining areas for meal service
•  Assist in serving meals to patients and staff
•  Clean and sanitize dining tables, utensils, and workspaces
•  Dispose of waste and maintain recycling practices
•  Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines

Qualifications:

•  Previous experience as a Food Services Steward or in a similar role is preferred
•  Must have Food Handling Certificate
•  Active typhoid injection certificate
•  Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
•  Physical stamina and ability to work in a food services environment
•  Attention to detail and cleanliness
•  Effective communication and teamwork skills
