Medical Lab Tech (MLT)

MAHSA Specialist Hospital is looking for an experienced and skilled Medical Lab Tech to lead our Medical Laboratory team. As an MLT, you will play a crucial role in conducting and supervising various laboratory tests and ensuring accurate and timely results.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Perform and oversee laboratory tests on patient samples
•  Analyze and interpret test results and provide accurate reports
•  Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and quality control standards
•  Train and mentor junior Medical Lab Technicians
•  Collaborate with healthcare providers to support patient diagnoses

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field
•  Certification as a Medical Lab Technician (MLT) is preferred
•  Proven experience in medical laboratory testing and analysis
•  Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and procedures
•  Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills 
•  Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
•  Detailoriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy
