Dr Donal Huda Nasril is a Clinical Microbiologist at the National Public Health Laboratory (NPHL) with over 20 years of experience in pathology laboratory services. Throughout her career, she has developed broad expertise across multiple disciplines, including Virology, Bacteriology, Tuberculosis, Parasitology, Biochemistry, and Haematology. Her work involves diagnostic consultation, test development and validation, external quality assurance (EQA), and laboratory accreditation. She is also actively involved in mentoring Master’s students and subspecialty trainees, contributing to both academic and technical training. In addition to her laboratory role, she participates in various national public health committees, supporting initiatives in laboratory policy, disease surveillance, and quality systems to strengthen diagnostic and public health services.
